No. MarkBook for Windows is designed for Windows computers. To use MarkBook on a Mac, choose MarkBook.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Once it’s installed, MarkBook for Windows works offline.
Where is my data stored?
On your Windows computer. You’re responsible for backing up your files regularly.
Does it include MarkBook Mastery or MarkBook CONNECT?
No. MarkBook Mastery and MarkBook CONNECT are available only in MarkBook.
How do updates work?
There’s nothing to update during the year. Download MarkBook for Windows once at the start of the school year, and it’s ready to use until the next.
How much does it cost?
$35 per educator, per year, plus applicable tax.
Does my licence renew automatically?
Yes. MarkBook for Windows renews annually unless cancelled before your renewal date.
Can I get a refund?
MarkBook for Windows licences are final sale once issued, because downloaded software can’t be returned. If you’re not sure it’s the right fit, Talk to Our Team before you buy. We’ll help you decide.
Can I move to MarkBook later?
Yes, whenever you choose. It’s optional. Export each class from MarkBook for Windows, then import it into MarkBook: your students, mark sets, categories, marks, attendance and learning skills come across. It usually takes just a few minutes per class.
